The team from Mill LA was invited to join USC’s Portfolio Day in 2024, where we met students in their senior year at USC and gave them some insight into what recruiters are looking for in studios like The Mill and Technicolor.
I was accompanied by Jessica Groom (ex-Head of CG, The Mill), my former supervisor and we also shortlisted people we were potentially interested in bringing on to the team.
